Rohini Rebello-D’Souza
Principal

With comprehensive expertise in business planning, customer relationship development, commercialization, and product management, Rohini can appreciate the nuances of the entire process as well as intricate client needs. She is a deliberate listener with a keen attention to detail and a proven ability to translate clear, effective outcomes.

  • Rohini’s rich experience — more than 20 years in start ups and publicly traded companies — has made her adept in guiding clients from initial concept to sustained market success.

    Rohini holds a B.A. in Economics (St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, India), a B.S. in Business Administration (Ithaca College, NY), and an M.B.A. (Hult International Business School).

    Beyond the office, she maintains an ever-growing reading list that reflects her passion for learning. At the center of her life are her family and community. Rohini cherishes her husband, son, and dog (“my boys!”) who happily join in her loud and ardent love of sports and her fierce advocacy for women’s rights.

Kori Huston
Principal

Specializing in coaching, development, and sales leadership, Kori’s direct, yet collaborative approach, enables clients to cut through complexity and to achieve measurable and cost-effective results. Kori’s sense of humor & ability to see around corners empower her to move individuals and teams in the right direction.

  • Kori transforms individuals and teams through focused coaching and guidance.

    A former Division 1 athlete, Kori holds a B.A. in Interpersonal Communication and Rhetoric (Drake University). She is highly trained and well-educated in leading sales methodologies and practices.

    When not at work, you can find Kori hanging out with her wife and their rescue dog. A self-proclaimed ‘word nerd,’ Kori is a lover of John Prine, all things acoustic guitar, and film photography.

Andre D’Souza

Collaborator, Product Development & Compliance

Product Development and compliance adherence is paramount to your success in the medical device industry. We are here to provide verification and validation, development of systems engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing and NPI systems development, as well as compliance testing. 

  • Andre specializes in product development, engineering, quality assurance, and compliance.

    Andre is a highly-skilled R&D and Quality Management professional with experience in medical devices, alternative energy, and the automotive industry. He has experience developing complex capital equipment for global use and has worked with venture backed start-ups as well as industry leading global multinational companies. His passion lies in realizing the full potential of a product to help alleviate a specific patient need. 

    Andre has 25 years of engineering experience in multiple industries. He holds a B.S. in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering (University of Michigan) and a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering (Oakland University).

    His creativity is best profiled via his love of all things culinary. Andre is routinely nicknamed "happy guy" and is often heard laughing with friends and colleagues.

Jeff Kert

Collaborator, Training & Development


Training and Development is foundational to success; it is vital to sustained organizational growth and the scalability of products and services. Regulatory and compliance requirements, engaged training programs, and technology infrastructure implementation ensure impactful T&D.

  • Jeff specializes in Learning & Development strategy and execution. .

    An industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in the medical device sector, Jeff is a proven leader. He has held senior positions at prominent healthcare companies including Abbott (Senior Global Marketing Manager) and iRhythm Technologies (Senior Manager of Global Training), Jeff combines extensive industry expertise with a passion for developing people and driving international business success.

    Jeff holds a B.A. in Economics (University of Texas at Austin). He is a certified Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma for continuous process improvement.

    Jeff lives in Austin, TX with his wife, his son, and two dogs. He is passionate about seeking life experience through world travel. On Saturdays in the fall, you will find Jeff in his favorite burnt orange jersey cheering on his Texas Longhorns football team.
